On a side note, I'd been wondering why this thread had been getting so much attention. It's now sitting at over 1000 views, which is really unusual for a thread on this board. My brother-in-law (dungpoo) noticed that info from this thread was posted on switchfoot.com, so that would be the reason.

Also, I noticed on Jon Foreman's website, jonforeman.com, that he has the Fall EP releasing on November 27th. I can't get an answer from EMI on the reasoning of this. EMI still stands behind the January 15th street date. Oh well, I guess we will find out next Tuesday.

Here is the answer to the release date differences:

• November 27, 2007: The Fall EP will be available at all of the digital music stores and at www.jonforeman.com
• January 15, 2008: The Winter EP will be available at all of the digital music stores and at www.jonforeman.com
• January 15, 2008: A two disc collection featuring both the Fall and Winter EPs will be available at all physical music retailers and at www.jonforeman.com

I got it on iTunes yesterday. I think it sounds great, and its good to know he didn't just put out another Switchfoot record with his name on it -this one sounds much different.
